Have you ever wished that someone could help you weed through the labels in the supermarket? Should you buy natural or organic? Which sweetener is the best? Is this ketchup or mayo ok? What kind of fat should I cook with? Should I eat any fat at all? Are frozen vegetables better than fresh? What’s the difference between free range and pasture raised? Is vegetarian fed healthier?

Odds are that if you aren’t in the health and wellness space you likely don’t know the answers to some of the questions above. It’s not your fault. A lot of the labels are pure marketing that allows companies to increase the price and not necessarily offer you a better product.

I’m here to help you sort fact from fiction so that you can get your money’s worth. I want to help you get the most bang for your buck in terms of nutrient density. Also, when you buy less packaged foods you may end up saving money because you’re cutting out food prep and packaging costs.

Join me for a stroll through a local grocery store. You choose the store within 25 miles of Boise, ID. As we walk though the store I’ll point out my favorite products and answer any questions you have about the things you typically buy. At this time you can also pick my brain about health and wellness as we shop. When there is a better product is available I’ll let you know or tell you where you can find that product locally.

Send me an e-mail to coordinate our schedules and find the best time. Weekdays between 9 and 12 work well for me. I’m also pretty flexible on weekends. Find at least 2 times that work for you group and send me a message.

Please meet in front of the grocery store 5 minutes before our scheduled time.

If you’d like to participate as a group please select the correct number of participants. All group participants must buy their ticket 24 hours before the tour time or the tour will not take place.

Tickets are not eligible for a refund. If life happens and you miss the tour, or the tour is canceled, you can join another tour in the next 90 days without purchasing an additional ticket.
