Combine the ingredients above with your hands and then press into a cast iron skillet. Then put the crust into the oven at 400F for 15 minutes without toppings.
Remove the pizza crust from the oven and hold the crust in the pan with a spatula as you tilt the pan to drain the grease. Melissa transfers the crust to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Either will work.
Add your desired toppings and return the pizza to the oven for another 15 minutes and then enjoy.
