What Is Health Coaching?
As your coach, I serve as a mentor, guide, and educator. I’ll help you figure out where you’ve gotten stuck in the past so that you can get healthy and stay healthy. You tell me where you want to go and I’ll provide you with educational resources and mentoring to help your reach your goals. I’ve listed some simple resources below. The Primal Health Coaching Difference
We’ve been conditioned to believe that we have to give up our physical potential and independence as we age. Maybe you want to hike the Grand Canyon with your girlfriends, keep up with your kids, avoid the afternoon slump, or simply adopt a healthy lifestyle for healthy aging.
What I know for sure is that together we’ll discover which foods are working against you. Through healthy eating, many people have found: better digestion, improved sleep, fewer aches and pains, consistent energy levels, and weight loss.
Healthy food, a relaxed lifestyle, and sensible exercise allow the body to repair itself. Many of us are currently on the fast track of aging. We’re plagued by chronic disease, autoimmunity, and metabolic syndrome. It didn’t use to be this way.
I’ve studied our ancient ancestor’s lifestyle and the answers to unlock your best health lies in their traditions. There isn’t a one size fits all approach. I meet people where they are today and customize my coaching to the unique individuals that you are. I’ll help you find what works for you to uncover your greatest potential.
My Primal Health Coaching Programs throw out the modern gimmicks and instead focuses on the basics of healthy food, sensible exercise, and a relaxed lifestyle.
